TERMS AND POLICIES

  • Tariffs
    Seasonal/unit rates and minimum booking periods apply. Extra charges may be levied e.g. for departures on public holidays.
  • Check-in
    Is available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is 10am on the day of departure. Early check-in and /or check-out is by arrangement.
  • Cancellation/refund policy
    Bookings can be cancelled up until two days (48 hours) prior to the booked date without incurring a charge. However, any cancellations within two days (48 hours) of arrival will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the full value of the reservation.
A credit card is required for all reservations made; without one your reservation may not be accepted. A deposit may be charged to the card supplied if deemed necessary. Special conditions apply to group quotations/reservations and for any reservations made 30 days or more ahead of the check-in date.
